FAQ

Where are you located?

I’m based in Southern California. That’s where I make all my work and ship packages from.

What’s the best way to contact you?

Email is preferred. My email address is sabrinaeptonart@gmail.com. I try to respond within 48 hours. I also check Instagram messages pretty frequently as well.

What is your shipping and return policy?

Please see the shipping and returns page for more information.

Do you do commissions?

Yes! Please fill out this contact form or email sabrinaeptonart@gmail.com with your idea and we can discuss more specifics like size, timeline, and pricing.

Do you offer payment plans?

I offer installment plans on orders over $25. I want my work to be as affordable as possible and believe everyone should be able to have art in their life no matter their circumstances. Installment amounts and payment dates are totally flexible to fit your needs, please email sabrinaeptonart@gmail.com to set one up.

What forms of payment do you accept?

My shop accepts PayPal and all major credit/debit cards through Stripe. Commission and installment payments are done through PayPal invoices (which you can pay using PayPal account or credit/debit card).

Do you offer discounts?

I share coupon codes periodically through my Instagram, Tiktok, and emails. You can also get 15% off your first order by subscribing to my newsletter.

Are there any other ways to support and connect with Sabrina Epton Art?

Absolutely! Engaging with my Instagram and Tiktok content and sharing my work with others is a free way to support my business. You can also sign up for my monthly(ish) newsletter where I share shop updates and announcements.

Original Art

What kind of paint/tape/panels do you use?

Check out my materials page for info and links to all the supplies I use.

How do I properly protect and care for my artwork?

Although my works have a UV-protective finish, they may fade or yellow with prolonged exposure to sunlight. To ensure this does not happen, please display and store pieces away from direct sunlight. Works on paper should be framed under glass that has UV protection to prevent fading.

Ultimately, a preventative approach is the best way to care for any artwork. Items should be stored at a comfortable temperature, protected from dust, dirt, and water.

Prints

What is an art print?

A print is an affordable, high quality reproduction of an original artwork. All of my prints are professionally made with fade-resistant ink on archival paper and shipped in acid-free packaging so they will last years to come.

What is the difference between an open edition print and limited edition print?

Both are the same quality, the only difference is the quantity that is produced. “Open edition” means an unlimited number of those prints can be made, while “limited edition” means that only a certain number will be produced. Both come signed by me, but limited edition prints are also numbered in the corner.

What is a mounted print?

A mounted print is a print that is mounted (glued) onto a surface so that it can be displayed without a frame. These are professionally printed just like the paper prints I offer, but they are hand-cut and secured with archival glue onto a wood panel. I even paint the sides and triple coat them with varnish for richer colors and added protection, so they look and feel just like original paintings!

Another cool feature of mounted prints is that they are the same dimensions as my original hexagon artworks, so you can use them to start or expand your own hex collection.

Temporary Tattoos

Where do you get your tattoos printed?

temporarytattoos.com.

How long do your tattoos last?

2-5 days

Do you have any tips for applying/removing tattoos or ways to make them last longer?

Yes! I include a sheet of helpful tips in every tattoo order.

Can anyone use your tattoos?

Absolutely. My tattoos are popular among both children and adults. They make a great addition to festival outfits, can be used as party favors and gifts, or you can even apply them to paper and ceramic surfaces and seal with varnish! (Disclaimer: do not use my tattoos if you have sensitive skin or have had issues with wearing temporary tattoos from another retailer in the past.)

Will your tattoos work on any skin color?

My designs have been tested on a range of models, and so far they look great on everyone! I include photos of my tattoos on different skin tones in each product listing and have a whole page dedicated to model photos which can be found here. I’m always looking for tattoo models, so if you don’t see yourself reflected in these photos and wouldn’t mind snapping a few pics in exchange for some free tattoos, feel free to email sabrinaeptonart@gmail.com.

Can I get one of your designs tattooed for real?

Yes, for a small design fee. Please email sabrinaeptonart@gmail.com to request permission. I’ll even send you a high resolution file of the design if you want.

Have a question that isn’t answered here? Want to know more about a specific artwork? Please email sabrinaeptonart@gmail.com and I will be happy to assist you.
